HOPES LogoEl Paso HOPES (Healthy Outcomes Through Prevention and Early Support) is a group of community organizations that have come together to make sure that young children in El Paso group up in a safe and healthy environment.

At El Paso HOPES, we believe the most important years in a child’s development are birth to age five.  Children are growing, learning, and developing each day.  As parents, it is our role and responsibility to make sure that our kids have everything they need to be healthy, safe, and prepared for school and life.  El Paso HOPES can help families with young children to create the best possible environment for them to grow and thrive.

The services provided by El Paso HOPES have been proven to be high quality and effective:

  • Parent Child Education Program™ home-based instruction
  • Incredible Years™ group parenting classes at many community locations
  • Basic Needs
  • Child Therapy (coming soon)
  • Additional supportive services available for families as needed

Services are provided by local community organizations throughout El Paso County:

  • El Paso Center for Children
  • Paso del Norte Children’s Development Center
  • United Way of El Paso County

  • Live in El Paso county
  • Have a child 0-5 years old; including expectant families
  • Have no substantiated CPS case

A team will be assigned to assist your family to work through a parent education curriculum focusing on: reducing risk of child abuse factors, reducing parenting stress (self-care for parent), and increasing positive interactions between you and your child.

Services are offered in both English and Spanish.  Services are of no cost!
