About the Information We Collect
Most of the data and information the Agency collects through its Website/social media is used only to help the agency achieve its mission. The agency collects and stores only personal information clients knowingly provide.
From Casual Website Visitors and General Users
The agency does not collect any personal information from users browsing the site. When a person uses the public areas of the website, s/he is doing so anonymously. The agency does collect aggregate use information, such as the number of its (visits) per page. The agency uses aggregate data for internet and marketing purposes, but does not collect any personally identifying information.
From Our Clients, Donors, and Other Customers
If while visiting the website, a visitor schedules an appointment, makes a donation, registers for a training, event, or request other information, the visitor will be asked to provide certain information. In all cases this information is submitted voluntarily. In most cases, visitors are asked to provide their name, title, organization name, address, telephone and e-mail. If a web visitor is making a purchase/donation, they may be asked for credit card information in order to complete the purchase. Similar information may be submitted to the agency on an order form or registration form.
Customer Lists
The agency’s client list is not for sale. When a person visits the website or becomes a client, their name and mailing information will not be sold to a commercial organization.
Credit Card Account Information
The agency utilizes secure transaction methods when collecting credit card information over the internet. The Center does not disclose credit card account information provided by our clients. We submit the information to the appropriate clearinghouse in order to obtain payment.
